VEĽKÁ PREMENA: Z tejto ženy je po pôrode úplne iná žena, je DOKONALÁ!

Vrátiť sa po pôrode k pôvodnej váhe býva niekedy náročné. O to ťažšie to majú ženy, ktoré majú tendenciu k nadváhe a rozhodli sa pre dlhodobú zmenu. K ním patrí aj Mellisa. Už od puberty mala sklon k nadváhe a preto trpela aj psychickými problémami. Jej kilá naštartovali u nej aj depresiu.

 

Napriek tomu sa sympatická žena nevzdala a napokon sa jej podarilo aj vďaka podpore manžela schudnúť. A potom prišlo tehotenstvo a s ním ďalšie pribúdajúce kilá. Keďže čakala hneď dvojičky, jej bruško bolo skutočne veľké a prilepilo sa na ňu mnoho kíl.

Mellisa ale vedela, že po pôrode sa bude chcieť opäť dopracovať k váhe, ktorú s vydretím všetkých síl mala pred tehotenstvom. A tak sa aj stalo. Pravidelné prechádzky s kočíkom, starostlivosť o chlapcov, cvičenie, vylúčenie sladkostí a zdravá strava v menších porciách a bez polotovarov, jej dopomohli k strate 40-tich kíl počas jedného roka.

Keď uvidíte jej fotky pred pôrodom a po ňom, nebudete veriť, že ide o jednu a tú istú osobu. Tá premena je naozaj dokonalá!

I got one of those notifications on Facebook that shows you things you’ve posted on the same day years prior. One of them was a motivational quote I shared 5 years ago that read: “It is never too late to become what you might have been.” At the time I was yo-yo dieting and failing miserably at managing my weight and mental health. I was spiraling down into depression, but I still held out hope that one day I’d become the person I knew I was meant to be. I can’t believe where I’m at today physically and mentally. I see myself as a work in progress, but it is not lost on me how far I’ve come. I’m grateful despite all of the road bumps, failed diets and heartache, I never gave up on myself. ❤️

I have some big news! 🤗 First to recap: In 2016 I dropped 100 lbs, and last year I maintained my weight. I worked hard to get in shape and reach my fitness goals, and while I’m super proud of that, I still have a couple things bothering me. I’ve been left with a lot of excess skin all around my body but mainly my back, chest and stomach. It’s not surprising given I went from over 250 lbs pregnant with twins all the way down to 130 lbs in such a short period of time, but I’m so ready to feel comfortable in my own skin. I found a surgeon I trust, and if all goes according to plan I will be getting an extended tummy tuck, breast lift and breast augmentation next month! 😱 (AKA the mommy makeover) The reason for the lift is going from a 44F to 32C along with breast feeding twins for two years wreaked havoc on my body. Just being real! Lol 🙈 If I’m brave enough, I’ll be posting before and after photos eventually. 😬 EEK! Anyway, I’m super excited and a little nervous. I’m scared about my recovery but very ready to shed this excess skin. I really appreciate everyone who has supported me on this journey. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
